Terms of Use

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, or your school must have enrolled you.
• Keep your password private. An account is for one person only; sharing it is not allowed.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

• Fees are shown in Indian Rupees on each course page, and are payable in advance through Razorpay.
• Your access starts when payment is confirmed and lasts for the course duration shown at enrolment.
• We may change class timings, faculty or the order of topics to keep the course running well; we will tell you about significant changes.
• Students enrolled through a school may also be covered by the school's own agreement with AcademicX.

To cancel an enrolment, write to [email protected] with your registered email address and payment reference. Refunds, where applicable under the terms shown for your course at enrolment, are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.

If a payment was taken twice or by mistake, the extra amount is refunded in full.

Lectures, recordings, notes, slides, questions, tests and solutions are owned by AcademicX or its licensors. You may use them for your own studies only.

You must not download, record, copy, share, sell or publish them, or share test questions, without our written permission.

• Take tests yourself, without help, other devices or materials that the test doesn't allow.
• Proctored tests check full-screen use, tab switches and blocked keys, and may use your camera as described in the Privacy Policy. Breaking the rules can pause or auto-submit a test and flag it for your teacher.
• We may withhold or cancel results where cheating is found.

• Be respectful in live classes and messages. Harassment, bullying and offensive content are not allowed.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the platform's security, or access anyone else's data.
• Don't upload anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to share.

Some features use AI, such as feedback after a test and evaluation of written answer sheets. AI output can contain mistakes. Teachers review AI-evaluated marks before results are published, and you can ask your teacher to recheck any result.

We work hard to help every student improve, but exam results depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee any score, rank, college admission or other outcome.

We aim to keep the platform available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control, including our providers' services.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the course concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where reasonable. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
